Inspire attendance is limited to Agilysys customers and approved sponsors only. 

Conference registration includes access to all educational sessions and events:

Monday, January 23: Welcome Reception
Tuesday, January 24: Breakfast, lunch, refreshment breaks and Evening Event
Wednesday, January 25: Breakfast, lunch, refreshment breaks and Main Event

Registration Options
Inspire registration is $849 per person through December 23, 2016. Registration Fees increase to $995 starting on December 24, 2016. 
To accommodate busy schedules, we are pleased to offer a single-day pass in addition to full registration. A single-day pass for Tuesday or Wednesday only is $695 per person. The single-day pass allows the registrant to attend all activities and classes taking place on their registered day.

Payment Policy
Agilysys accepts payments by credit card (Visa, MasterCard and American Express). All outstanding balances must be paid in full prior to admittance to the conference. Attendees not yet paid in full at the start of the conference will be required to settle their balance onsite before they are given their conference materials.

Volume Discount
An organization that will be sending five (5) or more attendees to Inspire 2017 will receive a 10% discount. In order to receive the discount, type the code VOL10 in the ID code field on the New Registration page and the discount will be automatically applied to your balance. NOTE: If you do not fulfill the minimum of 5 attendees required to receive the discount within 2 weeks of registering the first attendee from your company, a member of the registration staff will be in contact via email for remittance of the balance due. 

Attendee Cancellation/Refund Policy
Cancellation notices must be received in writing via email at: Registration cancellations received on or before Friday, December 30, 2016, are eligible for a refund less a $50.00 administrative fee. Registrants cancelling after Friday, December 30, 2016, and conference no shows are liable for the full amount due. Credit card refunds will be processed within five (5) business days of receipt. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after Friday, December 30, 2016.

Substitutions are accepted within your organization. Substitutions must be sent in writing by January 13, 2017. After January 13, 2017, substitutions will only be accepted on-site and will incur a $50 administrative fee. Please email: to make these arrangements.
